Sea facing luxuy apartments acquired by Godrej Family
Members of the multinational business firm Godrej have acquired sea-facing luxury apartments in Mumbai. Executive director at Godrej Industries Group, Tanya Dubash, and other members of the Godrej family have purchased two ocean-view apartments in a premium residential tower along Mumbai's Worli Sea Face.
This deal is done for Rs 294 crores, and the apartments are located on the 19th and 20th floors of the ultra-luxurious Naman Xana tower. It is purchased from Shree Naman Residency, and each unit features a carpet area of approximately 5,812 sq ft, along with a 645 sq ft balcony.
