IT service management company, Morgan Stanley Advantage Services Pvt Ltd has leased 37,000 sq ft of office space at Nirlon Knowledge Park, in suburban Mumbai, for a 5-year period. The monthly rental payout is around Rs 49 lakh, with rent escalation of 15% every 3 years.
