Roots Developers plans new projects in Gurugram, to invest Rs 1,500 crores
Real estate and construction firm Roots Developers has plans to invest Rs 1,500 crore in multiple projects across Gurugram. The firm is planning to expand its portfolio in both residential and commercial segments amid steady demand.
As per the firm, the projects planned include: Roots Courtyard 2 Floors, a low-rise residential development; Roots Courtyard Commercials, offering retail and office spaces; Roots Courtyard Senior Living, a 50-unit project for senior citizens in Sector 95A; and a high-rise housing complex in Sector 71.
