Runwal Enterprises bags redevelopment project worth Rs 5,000 crores in Mumbai
Real estate developer Runwal Enterprises has bagged rights to two key land parcels in Mumbai. Spread over 4 acres, the two land parcels are situated at Marine Lines and Bandra, with a combined revenue potential exceeding ?5,000 crores.
According to The Economic Times, work on the projects will be undertaken under the cluster redevelopment framework, as per Regulation 33(9) of the Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR).
