Sanofi India puts India office on sale
French multinational pharmaceutical brand Sanofi's Indian arm, Sanofi India has plans to sell its 150,000 sq ft standalone property in Mumbai's Powai area. The property serves as the current headquarters, and the sale is been done to focus on monetization and operational consolidation.
The firm has already picked up an office in the Vikhroli suburb through a long-term lease to shift one of its divisions Sanofi Consumer Healthcare and is in the process of leasing additional space for growth as well as relocation of other operations. Sale of the property is expected to fetch around Rs 250 crore based on the current property rates.
