1 million sq ft space leased by Princeton Digital in Navi Mumbai
Data centre solutions provider Princeton Digital Group (PDG) has picked up over 1.06 million sq ft of commercial space in Navi Mumbai’s Airoli locality. The space would be acquired for the development of the firm's largest data centre campus in India. PDG has leased the space for 20 years.
The lease is done for Rs 3,745 crore, and is part of a strategic partnership with Mindspace REIT. PDG has planned a $1 billion investment plan to reach 230 MW capacity in India.
