Juhu Galli slum cluster redevelopment: Reliance led consortium places winning bid for the project
Maharashtra government's body, the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), has declared the Reliance-led consortium as the winning bidder for the Juhu Galli slum cluster in the Mumbai suburb of Andheri (West).
The consortium is led by Reliance Industries’ subsidiary Reliance 4IR Realty Development, along with Mahadev Realtors Juhu, a subsidiary of Aspect Realty, and has bagged the 101.36-acre project in the auction.
This project is expected to result in the construction of more than 28,000 rehabilitation homes for eligible slum dwellers. It is being undertaken under the Maharashtra government’s Cluster Redevelopment Policy.
