30 story IT tower to come up Malakpet, old Hyderabad
The old city of Hyderabad is all set to have an impressive IT tower, iTEK Nucleus, at Malakpet, with a budget of Rs 700 crore. Spanning over 11 acres and offers 15 lakh sq ft of space and has been certified with a gold rating by the Indian Green Building Council. It is a collaborative effort between the Telangana government and the Finczars consortium.
The tower is expected to be completed within 36 months.
