Trade Castle Tech Park acquired by Adani Enterprises in a deal worth over Rs 231 crores
Flagship firm of Adani Group, Adani Enterprises Ltd jas acquired Trade Castle Tech Park (TCTPPL), an infrastructure developer which owns sizeable land parcels. The deal is done for Rs 231.34 crores.
The joint venture of Adani Enterprises Ltd and data centre operator EdgeConneX, AdaniConneX (ACX) executed a share purchase agreement with TCTPPL and Shree Naman Developers and Jayesh Shah (existing shareholders of TCTPPL) to acquire a 100 percent stake in TCTPPL.
