Embassy REIT plans to acquire 13 million sq ft space
Publicly listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Embassy REIT is eying to scale up its income. As a part of that, Embassy Office Parks REIT is planning a significant expansion, eyeing the acquisition of 13 million sq ft of space.
REIT is evaluating a large pipeline of new properties, is also developing new projects, and investing in hotels.
