600,000 sq ft office space leased by Accenture in Pune
Irish IT firm, Accenture, has leased over 600,000 sq ft of office space across nine floors in Pune, Maharashtra. The space is leased for 15 years in the Phoenix Millennium Towers in Pune's Baner.
As per ET Realty.com, total rental outgo is estimated at more than Rs 325.37 crore over the lease tenure. The firm plans to set up a global capability centre (GCC) at the site.
