Gopalan Enterprises and Primus Senior Living join hands to develop new project in Bengaluru
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Gopalan Enterprises has partnered with Gopalan Enterprises for the development of a senior living project in Bengaluru. The project named Primus Olympia is worth Rs 450 crores, and will house two towers with 2BHK and 3BHK homes designed for individuals aged 55 and above.
The project will be part of the Gopalan Olympia Sports City township, which is spread over 16 acres. Primus Olympia is expected to accommodate over 300 senior families.
