Man Infraconstruction bags rights for redevelopment project in Mumbai
Construction and engineering firm Man Infraconstruction has bagged the redevelopment rights for a project in South Mumbai. As per the firm, it has acquired the development rights of Tardeo Court CHS & Tardeo Apartments CHS, and the outright purchase of Sethna House under the Cluster Redevelopment scheme.
The project has an estimated sales potential exceeding Rs 2,000 crore over the next 4-5 years.
