Aimtron Group to invest Rs 100 crores, plans to set up subsidiary in Gujarat
Electronics manufacturing firm Aimtron Group has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary Aimtron Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd. in Gujarat. The firm has raised Rs 100 crore through the issuance of convertible warrants on a preferential basis for the subsidiary, and committed Rs 3 crore towards the subsidiary's share capital.
The firm aims to generate Rs 750 crore in revenue soon through the new facility under the subsidiary that will create jobs in EV, renewable power, defence, and drone sectors.
