EISV Pvt Ltd leases 33,000 sq ft office space in Mumbai
American holding company Eldridge Industries's Indian arm, EISV Pvt Ltd, has leased 33,000 sq ft in Mumbai's Goregaon. The space is leased for 5 years from Oberoi Realty for a rent exceeding Rs 64 crores for the tenure.
As per the updates, the leased space comes with 33 car parking spaces.
