11.36 Acres land acquired by Godrej Properties in Gurugram
Real estate major Godrej Properties has acquired an 11.36-acre land parcel in Gurugram for around Rs 1,000 crores. The firm plans to develop a residential project on the land with a revenue potential of Rs 4,500 crores.
As per The Economic Times, the firm also has acquired 5 acres of land in Kolkata, where it plans to develop a housing project with a revenue potential of Rs 1,650 crores.
