Alpha Corp to revive stalled projects with an investment of Rs 900 crores
Real estate development firm Alpha Corp Development Limited has plans to invest Rs 900 crores to revive stalled housing projects. The firm plans to invest in 3 stalled housing and commercial projects in Greater Noida and Gurugram.
These projects are acquired from Earth Infrastructures Ltd through the resolution process under the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). These projects were launched around 15 years ago and are named as: Earth TechOne and Earth Sapphire Court in Greater Noida, and Earth Copia in Gurugram.
