Godrej Properties emerges highest bidder for 4.95 acres land in Noida
Real estate developer Godrej Properties has emerged as the highest bidder for a 4.95-acre residential land parcel in Sector 151, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The firm placed a bid of Rs 331.75 crore for 20,050 sq meters.
Godrej plans to develop a residential group housing project on the land, with an expected revenue potential of Rs 2,000 crore.
