Ashwin Sheth to launch mixed use project in Bengaluru
Real estate builder Ashwin Sheth Group has plans to debut in Bengaluru with a mixed-use development proposed on Bannerghatta Road. The proposed project would feature a 29-floor residential tower and a separate commercial block.
As per the firm residential component will include one high-rise tower reaching an approximate height of 99.5 metres. The dedicated commercial tower would have two basement levels, a ground floor, and six upper floors, rising to an approximate height of 26 metres.
