Elan group to develop luxury residential project in Gurugram
Real estate developer Elan Group has plans to develop an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 49, Gurugram. The project will feature 230 four-bedroom residences across five towers.
Each of the homes would range approximately 4,300 to 4,500 sq.ft. The firm would invest Rs 1,600 crores in the development of this project.
