Fortis to acquire TMI Healthcare in a deal worth Rs 430 crores
Private sector hospital chain Fortis Healthcare is set to acquire TMI Healthcare Private Limited. TMI Healthcare runs People Tree Hospitals, located at Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru. This deal is done for Rs 430 crores, and this deal includes the hospital, its infrastructure, land, and an adjacent parcel.
With this, the firm aims to expand its presence in the region, leveraging People Tree's established multispecialty services.
