Inox Clean acquires renewable energy firm Vibrant Energy
Renewable energy firm Inox Clean Energy has acquired a Macquarie-owned renewable energy independent power producer (RE IPP), Vibrant Energy. The firm has a 1.3 GW portfolio with 800 MW operational, and has been acquired for $200 million.
Vibrant Energy has long-term PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements) with global blue-chip commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, having a weighted average tenure of 20 years.
