BDA plans to monetize land parcels in Bengaluru
Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) has plans to raise around Rs 1,800 crores through the auction of prime urban land parcels. In a move that pushes the monetization of land assets and bolsters revenues.
This includes a 52-acre commercial site in Konadasapura along the Whitefield–Hosakote corridor.
