BluPine Energy signs power purchase agreement for solar plant in Chhattisgarh
Renewable energy firm BluPine Energy has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with a wholly-owned subsidiary of APL Apollo Tubes, APL Apollo Building Products for a 61.65 MW solar plant in Chhattisgarh. The solar plant is projected to generate about 94.5 million units (MUs) of electricity annually, which will offset more than 87,000 tonnes of Co2 emissions each year.
The PPA aims to lower operational costs and enhance energy efficiency for APL Apollo Building Products. It highlights BluPine Energy's role in India's renewable energy sector under Actis' leadership.
