Keystone Realtors emerges preferred developer for redevelopment projects worth Rs 1,775 crores in Mumbai
Real estate developer Keystone Realtors (also known as Rustomjee Group) has emerged as the preferred developer for the redevelopment of 8 housing societies in Mumbai.
The order is for the redevelopment of societies of the Om Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Federation in Andheri East. As per the firm, the work is expected to unlock 5 lakh sq ft carpet area, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 1,775 crores.
