Brigade Enterprises to develop housing project in Chennai
Real estate developer Brigade Enterprises is going to develop a new housing project in Chennai. Spread over 6.5 acres, the project named Brigade Altius would have a revenue potential of Rs 1,700 crore.
As per the update, the project is located in Sholinganallur and would have a total development area of 14 lakh square feet.
