CapitaLand's joint venture to sell Pune IT park
Leading global real estate investment manager (REIM) CapitaLand Investment (CLI) and its joint venture partner Maharashtra Industrial Development Corp (MIDC) have signed a pact to sell their stake in Ascendas IT Park (Pune). The stakes would be sold to CapitaLand India Trust for around Rs 1,350 crore.
As per information CLI and MIDC will divest their respective 78.5 percent and 21.5 percent shareholding in Ascendas IT Park which owns the International Technology Park in Pune's Hinjewadi (ITPP-H) suburb.
