Crisil signs lease for office space in Mumbai
Global analytics firm Crisil has picked up over 2.5 lakh sq ft office space in Mumbai’s Saki Vihar area. The firm has taken the space on a long-term lease of 15 years for a rent of Rs 600 crore.
The firm has leased the space spread across six floors of a commercial tower, Lightbridge, jointly owned by the Hiranandani brothers.
