Trehan IRIS to develop a mixed-use project in Greater Noida West
Noida-based real estate developer Trehan IRIS to develop a mixed-use development, IRIS Broadway Greno West in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh.
Spread over 3.5 acres of land, the project has an overall development potential of approximately 1.1 million sq ft and will be operational in the first quarter of 2027. The firm has invested Rs 400 crore in the project, which will comprise 6 lakh sq ft of commercial retail space and 3 lakh sq ft of office space.
The firm will also deploy Rs 135 crore towards a 135-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel at the project. The hotel is expected to be completed within 12-18 months.
