Forum Malls to develop 14 new shopping centres in India
Retail arm of real estate developer Prestige Group, Forum Malls is eyeing expansion in India. The firm aims to nearly double its portfolio of shopping centres by opening 14 new malls across India's top cities by 2029.
The firm is targeting cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Tier-I markets still offer room for growth, unlike tier-II cities, where affordability exists but the appetite for premium retail is limited, said the firm.
