ICICI Bank leases space at WeWork Mumbai
Multinational bank and financial services provider ICICI Bank has leased around 820 desks from WeWork in Mumbai. The leased desks are spread across 42,000 sq ft at Spectrum Tower in Malad. The lease tenure is 15 months.
The estimated value of the recent lease is not known; however, WeWork charges around Rs 15,000-17,000 per desk at its centre in the Spectrum Tower building.
