Kreeva to develop luxury housing project in Delhi with an investment of Rs 1,050 crore
Real estate arm of cement maker Kanodia Group, Kreeva, has plans to develop a luxury residential project near New Friends Colony in South Delhi. The project will take an investment of Rs 1,050 crore.
As per updates from ETRealty.com, the ASK Property Fund, the real estate investment arm of ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, is investing Rs 260 crore in this project. The residential project will offer 114 luxury sky villa units with 3.5 BHK units of about 3,700 sq ft, 4.5 BHK units of 4,500 sq ft, and 5.5 BHK units of 5,500 sq ft.
