Dalcore launches new ultra-luxury residential project in Gurugram
Real estate developer Dalcore has partnered with international design and lifestyle brand YOO to launch an ultra-luxury residential project in Gurugram. Spread over 2 acres of land, the boutique project is located in Sector 53, Gurugram.
It will house 96 units, including 93 apartments and 3 penthouses, and will take an investment of Rs 500 crores. The firm expects a revenue of Rs 1,450 crores from this project that has nearly 5 lakh sq ft of development space.
