M3M India plans commercial project in Gurugram
Gurugram-based real estate developer M3M India has plans to develop a commercial project in the city. The project, named M3M Capital Financial Center, will span 1.42 acres in Sector 113, Dwarka Expressway.
It will house 165 units, including 152 premium office spaces, 6 multiplex units, and 7 retail units. The project is expected to require an investment of around Rs 600 crore and is expected to be completed by 2029.
