Macrotech Developers plans Rs 4,500 crore investment in real estate projects
Real estate developer Macrotech Developers has plans to invest Rs 4,500 crore this fiscal year in the construction of real estate projects. The firm which sells its project under the Lodha brand says that demand for residential properties continues to be strong despite increases in mortgage rates as well as housing prices, explaining their investment plan.
Macrotech's sales bookings grew 34 percent in 2022-23 to Rs 12,014 crore and it has set a target of 20 percent growth to Rs 14,500 crore in the current financial year.
