Merlin Group developing real estate projects worth over Rs 20, 000 crore
Real estate developer Merlin Group has informed that it is executing projects worth Rs 20,000 crore. These projects are expected to double its annual revenue over the next 7-8 years.
With a new brand identity, the group is developing 40 million square feet, focusing on cities like Pune and Chennai. The firm is also working on the first World Trade Centre project in the eastern region.
