Modis Navnirman bags order worth Rs 250 crores
Real estate developer Modis Navnirman Limited has bagged an order worth Rs 250 crores. The order is for the redevelopment of BOI Staff Sheetal Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., located at Ramnagar, S.V. Road, Borivali (West).
The scope of work involves the development of a modern, high-quality residential development that significantly enhances safety standards, sustainability features, and lifestyle amenities for residents. Spread across a land parcel of approximately 3924.91 sq. ft. Mtrs the project has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 250 crore.
