1.45 lakh sq ft office space leased by Wipro in Navi Mumbai
IT firm Wipro has leased 1.45 lakh sq ft space at Mindspace Airoli East from Mindspace Business Parks in Navi Mumbai. The space is leased for a total tenure of 60 months, that is 5 years, at a starting monthly rent of about Rs 97.25 lakhs.
It has a a 5% annual rent escalation clause over the lease period. The firm would get exclusive access to 97 car parking spaces under the lease.
