NMIMS to start work on its campus along Yamuna Expressway
Popular management education institute, the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), is set to start construction of its 35-acre campus along the Yamuna Expressway. As per NMIMS, it has recently completed the map approval process for its first campus outside Maharashtra.
As per the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), 5 other institutions have also sought land in the area, and their proposals are in process. Sharda University has sought a total of 100 acres, including 50 acres for campuses of 10 international universities, 10 acres for a multi-speciality hospital and medical school, and another 10 acres for a start-up, innovation and research centre.
