Parle group to redevelop its iconic Vile Parle factory in Mumbai
The owner of the renowned Parle G biscuits brand, Parle Products, has plans to redevelop its iconic Vile Parle East biscuit factory in Mumbai into a commercial complex. Spread over 5.44 hectares, the project involves a built-up area of 1,90,360.52 sq. mtrs.
The estimated cost of the work is Rs 3,961.39 crores. The work plan includes four buildings, each with two basement levels. The first three buildings will have six floors, with the A-wing of Building 1 partially dedicated to retail, restaurants, and offices.
