Rs 1,500 Crore Luxury Co-living Space To Be Developed In Hyderabad
The country's first 47-story luxury co-living space, Hyderabad One (H1), with deluxe rooms, a terrace lounge, a seven-star bar, a celebrity gym, and a host of other elite frills is soon to be developed in the tech city of Hyderabad. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 1,500 crore project. It would be designed by acclaimed international architecture firm Chapman Taylor and is expected to be ready by 2026 with a monthly rental of Rs 26,000 to Rs 36,000 per bed in a twin sharing room.
Project has been approved by Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
