Rs 155 crore infused by Nisus Finance in affordable housing
Leading diversified financial services company Nisus Finance has invested over Rs 155 crore in a late-stage affordable housing project being developed by Dharmadev Group in Surat in Gujarat. The project is part of a larger layout on a 12-acre land parcel comprising 4.5 million sq ft.
First phase of the ongoing project comprises 21 towers with 1.3 million sq ft of saleable area. With this investment Nisus has taken its total investment in the company's two projects to over Rs 250 crore.
