Rs 5, 000 crore investment planned by Macrotech Developers for realty projects
Real estate developer Macrotech Developers has plans to step up its investment this fiscal year in the construction of projects to over Rs 5,000 crore in line with growth in sales and new supply. The developer sells properties under the Lodha brand and is targeting to deliver more than 10,000 apartments during 2024-25.
Macrotech plans to deliver 10,000+ units, expand to Bengaluru, and target sales worth Rs 17,500 crore.
