Coworking space and office rental solutions provider SpazeOne plans to develop new managed office spaces across 5 South Indian cities. The firm is targeting Bengaluru, Kochi, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, and Calicut as it looks to capitalise on the rising demand for flexible, plug-and-play workspaces.
In this push, Bengaluru remains the firm's central point where it plans to add around 2 lakh sq ft of managed office space in the city, backed by an initial investment of Rs 2 crores.
