Serene Communities to expand its senior housing protfolio with an investment of Rs 3,000 crores
Senior citizen real estate development platform of Columbia Pacific Communities, the Serene Communities, is looking at pan-India expansion. The firm will invest Rs 3,000 crore to expand its footprint across India, betting on the sector's growth.
As per updates, the firm has 13 projects under various stages of development, spanning nearly 2.5 million sq ft across key cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Mysuru, Kochi, Hyderabad, and Pune.
