Waaree Energies bags order for solar modules
Solar module maker Waaree Energies Ltd has bagged orders for the supply of solar modules from domestic and international markets. As per the firm, the order is to supply 210 MW of Domestic Content Requirement (DCR)-compliant solar modules to an Indian renewable energy developer (whose name was not disclosed).
The firm's subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, won an order to supply 2 GW of solar modules to a US-based developer. The Indian order is scheduled for execution in FY27, while the US order will be supplied between 2028 and 2030.
