Uttar Pradesh government to revive stall real estate project in Noida
The Uttar Pradesh state government is contemplating the introduction of a co-development policy aimed at kickstarting stalled projects in Noida and Greater Noida.
As a pilot project, the Hawelia Group, a real estate developer, has taken control of a 22-acre partially completed undertaking known as Shree Radha Sky Garden in Greater Noida. The newly appointed developer will assume the responsibility of finalizing the construction of more than 2,000 flats.
