WeWork to add 2 lakh sq ft space in its protfolio in Chennai and Pune
Flexible office space provider WeWork has signed pacts to add a total of over 2 lakh sq ft of office space to its portfolio in Pune and Chennai. These centers are expected to open in the second half of the financial year.
The Chennai space is spread across 3 floors in the Littlewood Tower with over 150,000 sq ft and 2,400 desks in Ramanujan Intellion Park. While the centre in Pune is at EON Free Zone in Kharadi locality is spread across around 60,000 sq ft with a capacity of 1,000 desks spanning across two floors. WeWork is aiming to add 3500 desks.
