World Trade Center project: Brigade Group to develop the third tower in Kochi
Real estate developer Brigade Group has plans to develop the 3rd tower of the World Trade Center (WTC) at Infopark Kochi. The firm has signed a land lease agreement for the Rs 150-crore project. The project will come up on the non-SEZ plot with a built-up space of 2.6 lakh sq-ft.
The two WTC towers are completed with a combined built-up area of 7.7 lakh sq-ft, and the office spaces are completely occupied.
