645,000 sq ft office space leased by Cognizant in Chennai
US-based global information technology (IT) services firm Cognizant has leased 645,000 square feet (sq ft) of commercial space in Chennai. The space is spread over the ground to the ninth floor of Tower 3 at Embassy Splendid TechZone Block 1, an office park in Pallavaram
The space is leased for 5 years with a monthly rental of Rs 4.77 crore and a 15% increase every 3 years. According to the contract, the total rent outlay for the period of the lease would be around Rs 303.372 crore.
